Sunday, 9 June 2013 Abs Challenge - Suppliments

For the 6 weeks of the Abs challenge, before and after fasted training, the following suppliments shall be taken.

Impact Whey suppliments
BCAA 5mg before and after training.
Glutamine 10mg before and after training.
Impact Whey 50mg after training.

Part of the training involves chin ups, so I've purchased, and installed a chin-up bar to improve upper body strength.
