3rd June 2009 (20090603) Week 5, Workout 2 (day 3) - Body Weight.

This is a great ab workout.
  1. Plank Get-Ups, 25 reps
  2. Plank (Knees to elbows), 25 reps
  3. Crunches, 25 reps
  4. Leg raises, 25 reps
Maximum rounds in 24 minutes.
Record was set at 9 1/4 reps.
